Hythe Town Hall is licensed for Weddings and Civil Partnerships. It is a unique wedding venue that combines heritage, history and total versatility for your special day at any time of year.

This Grade Two Listed building was built in 1794 and is a stunning venue in the heart of Hythe High Street.

The Town Hall provides a stunning back drop for the perfect photographs of your day. As well as being close to a number of beautiful settings, including the Royal Military Canal and the Seafront which both offer delightful photo opportunities after your ceremony.

Access to the hall is gained by walking under the charming external Undercroft, through the double wide doors and up a flight of stairs to the first floor. The Chamber itself is filled with many different interesting artefacts.

Access is also available via stairlift.

Our professional and friendly team will help make every moment the perfect experience for you, your partner and up to 90 guests, 60 seated and 30 standing.

Prices

Ceremony – up to 2 hours £380.00*

Rehearsal/set up – up to 2 hours £97.00*

* Please note Town Hall hire charges do not include the charges made by the Registration Service. The Town Hall is a licenced ceremonies venue only, not a Registry Office. A separate fee will be payable to Kent County Council to cover the ceremony and the attendance of the required registration staff.  Details can be found on the Kentish Ceremony Website www.akentishceremony.com

Parking

There is no parking at the Town Hall, however certain times of the day you are able to park along the High Street. There are several pay and display car parks nearby.
