Hythe Town Bandstand
The bandstand, opposite the Hythe Town Council offices in Oaklands, was built in 1992 its base being made of roundels from the Channel Tunnel. The previous on was burnt down in 1976. Oaklands was formerly the home and surgery of DR.A. Randall Davis, who bequeathed the house and gardens to the Borough of Hythe when he died in 1932.
Hythe Bandstand Summer Programme
The Hythe Town Bandstand Concerts take place seasonally from May till September. The Concerts take place on a Sunday between 3pm-5pm, this is a free event for residents and visitors to enjoy. The Bandstand Concert allows local or visiting musicians to play live music.
