Where the estimated value of a public contract exceeds £25,000 (net of VAT) Hythe Town Council will comply with Articles 109 and 114 of the 2015 Public Contracts Regulations in addition to section 135 of the 1972 Local Government Act.
Details of every open invitation to tender for contracts to provide goods and/or services which exceeds £25,000, and details of any contract, commissioned activity, purchase order, framework agreement and any other legally enforceable agreement with a value that exceeds £25,000 will be published here and on the Contracts Finder website.

Hythe Town Council does not operate with a government procurement card.
